CURRENT HIGHLIGHTS

Knitting Courses with Sacramento Free School – I have designed and taught a beginner knitting course, and am currently developing hat and sock workshops to be taught in the summer session. Courses and workshops include detailed syllabi, self-published instructional videos, self-published patterns, and, in the beginner course, donated tools and materials.

Home Composting – I have recently completed a home composting class with Stop Waste, where we learned about home composting methods and maintenance. I have formerly worked with industrial systems, with aerated row composting of green waste, and wanted to round out my knowledge of smaller scale systems, from worm bins to backyard compost systems.
